Cancellation of my service one month early

I just received an email telling my that my service is terminated as of today. Since I paid for one year, and purchased it on June 5th of 2017, it should still be active. This is not a good way to do business. I have tried emailing support, but the catpcha is so hard to read, that it always says it’s wrong, and you can’t understand the voice when you play sound. I am not happy, and I will not bother using your service again. I paid for a year, I should get a year.

We do confirm that you have valid license of your Cleanup. You were probably using only trial license which recently expired.
We sent you activation codes to your email address from our support portal.
