A couple of days ago I upgraded from home pro for two years. However, when trying to cut and paste my access key I ran into unsolvable problems for which I could not find in the forums.
Therefore, I do I go about cancelling this upgrade as I have no use for it if this problem is not corrected. This is a techncial issue and Would like to speak to a representative about it but no where is a telephone listed.
What is the error message?
Is your system date/time correct?
Do you use copy & paste method?
Are you sure you do not include the ‘last blank space’ in the paragraph while copying & pasting?
