I’ve tried to cancel my auto-renewal when they started sending messages about the renewal. Both times I did what it appeared to instruct, to cancel it. Today I get a note that my auto-renewal was successful! It’s not even due for another 2 weeks and they’ve taken the money!! What a scam!! I want my money back! I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal, what else do I need to do to get this money grabbing scam to give me back my money!
