I am facing a payment problem with AVAST. I made a subscription in 2023 and used it till 2024 and then i found out that double of the money was taken from my bank and i didn’t want to extend the services. I wrote a ticket that I dont want to extend the services and a customer support agent contacted me and informed me that the services are valid till Oktober 2024. I also stopped the automatic renewal in the app and in google playstore. the amount I was supposed to pay is about 23 euro + 39.99 for 2023 and 2024. Now I found that money was taken from my paypal account for the years 2025 and 2026 and the amount is 93,99 + 93,99 euro for each year. and I have emails from avast that the devices are inactive and that my subscription is canceled and even in google play store. few weeks ago someone contacted me to solve my problem but when I wanted to reply to his email, i received an automatic email. and my emails are rejects.
I don’t know what to do and I am very frustrated and annoyed because I am paying for something that I am not using and I cant use. even in google play store states subscription is expired.
please help me with this case if someone had the same issue
