Hi, I would like to cancel one of my automatic renewals please. The Avast subscription renewed itself and I did not know. The computer virus protection told me it wasn’t renewed so I updated the renewal from my desktop for 2 years and thought it was okay. Then I went into my emails to see if Avast had sent me a receipt but found another renewal receipt from last night when they automatically done it for only 1 year. Can I please cancel that subscription renewal order number 16682087500 for 1 year and get my moneys back. I dislike the automatic renewals because they renew the subscriptions but don’t update the protection on the computer. It is easier to do it manually. Now Avast owe me $49.99 and can this money be returned please.

Sorry, but just realize when I just went in to check my desktop avast subscription, noticed that it has been extended for 3 years which is the 1 year plus the 2 that I did this morning. Have thought about it now and have decided to leave it even though I am not happy about the price of the 1 year one.
