Hello there AVAST employees. I’ve been longtime paying user of your software and that was the plan for the future too. Though last week i made an order to renew my subscription, but i mistakenly chose the wrong paying method and made immediatly cancel request for it.
Nobody from your company took any time to check my ticket and cancel the order. So, can you please remove my pending order or should i change my service provider to company who actually does customer service?
