I have received an e-mail advising that my Pro Licence will automatically renew. I really want to cancel this but can not see that option. Please please can some one help me? Also can it be quite simple because I am 60 yrs old and not all that techie?
Simply disable the “auto-renew” in your order status as has been explained many times already on this webboard.
