hi, i want cancel my premium security continuous subscription[renewed in 30 days time] jrmmh3-xdkz2j-5ec7x6 and avast passwords jrmmh3-xdkz2j-5ec7x6 but there is no button to do this. Think Avast are making things hard to unsubscribe. How can i do this,nothing on subscriptions page on how to do this. cheers Rob treborhoff@sky.com

Hi, I tried canceling my subscription through another forum thread, but I haven’t heard back at all, so I want to try this thread instead. This is honestly such a struggle to cancel my subscription and there is no obviously easy way to do this.

What did you try ?
I cancelled my VPN Subscription with avast by clicking the dropdown box choosing unsubscribe and it said I was unsubscribed from the VPN. When it came to the Cleanup premium it did not give me that option so I tried going through the email process with Avast which is a nightmare however I still sent several emails to cancel both the VPN (just in case) and the Cleanup Premium.
Got an email from Avast charging me through Paypal £39.99 and £29.99 for these two free trials now subscriptions even though I tried to cancel both
Were you using the Support Ticket system and when did you do this ?
You should have gotten an email response with a ticket ID number did you get one (if so what was it) ?
Submitting multiple tickets for the same thing can slow the process as they are handled in FiFo order, as it gets pushed back in the order.
I did not get a support ticket as it said that during the covid crisis it may take them longer to respond and I did this on 20th May 2020. I tried going through the system several times. I also unsubscribed from the VPN account on my screen pop up for avast and it said unsubscribed but I also followed up by emailing to cancel my two subscriptions when the free trial expired and they were submitted

Yes I did submit multiple requests because I could not follow the difficult procedures in trying to cancel. Before this you just had to unsubscribe from Avast but now it is much more complicated and I was getting anxious at trying to contact Avast
