Yes I did and I appreciate that. However there are a few problems with that
I am new to this forum and not yet aware of the reliability of its contributors
It is not instant
There is no guarantee that I will get responses
I might not understand the responses
As my problem involved not being able to access the internet I would have had to make several trips to, and pay several fees for use of, the local library’s PCs, had I not still got my old Netbook.
With my old provider I at least had a free telephone helpline, just a shame that their product isn’t up to scratch.
I suppose you can’t get everything you want!
I am grateful for the response I had, and they did lead me to the resolution. I just have to decide whether I dare download the Internet Security again.
