I try to use link from Avast page to http://support.avast.com/ directly from website and also from email confirmation; all I get is a blank page. Same with http://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=core&_a=register. I have a tech support question/problem but no way to reach them. Can anyone help? Just purchased Ver4.8 pro, downloaded, registered and inserted key.
I take it you have previously tried to logon.
Clear your cookies and try to view the site again, don’t log on.
