Cannot Access Some Websites

Recently, my VPN service would not load, and my system scan feature would lock up at 1%. The repair features would not work, so I decided to uninstall and re-install. This repaired both issues.

Now, I am unable to open many websites. I have unsuccessfully tried to access these pages through 2 different internet connections to make sure my router was not at fault with the new re-install.

I have received 3 different page load error screens, so far. This occurs for approximately 20% of websites I am visiting. NOTE: Prior to the re-install, all of these pages were reachable.

Also, when I disable WEB SHIELD, there are no issues. All pages load, as before re-install.

I am using the Edge browser.

So, do I just uninstall Avast and get another program to protect my computer?

Yes: if you want or need use VPN to go to internet
No: if can use internet without the VPN you are using or can switch to other VPN
