Cannot activate my AVAST INTERNET SECURITY

I just bought my AVAST INTERNET SECURITY for 1 year, have got the license number, made the CLEANUP Premium and scanned the PC. So far OK. Now AVAST found some problems. When I click on the button to repair I am getting a new mask asking me to buy the program - which I just bought, paid and have the license!!! WHAT TO DO NOW???
