I have put YouTube in the block websites feature of Avast Premium
I have rebooted
Can still get to Youtube
Repaired Avast
Rebooted
Put Youtube in block websites - still CAN go to Youtube
I have Avast Premium 21.5.2470 (build 21.5.6354.680)

Did you enter the full URL (youtube.com)?
If so, try re-installing Avast.
