CANNOT boot and recover after installed AVAST

I have uninstalled my old anti-virus software and then installed AVAST anti-virus this month.
Then, AVAST asked me to reboot.
Then, the computer said has to run in SAFE mode.
Then, the computer said cannot recover.

Problem is: StartupRepairOffline
01: 0.0.0.0
02: 6.1.7600.16385
03: unknown
04: -1
05: AutoFailover
06: 33
07: CorruptRegistry

Then, the computer keeps try recover but keeps show cannot recover.
and keeps show the same problem message (as above).
Just in a loop for more than 10 times and then I shut down my computer.

My computer is WIN7
My question is: how can I get back my computer normal.
Given I even cannot go to SAFE mode and try “WIN + R”
Please help!

If your system is Win 7 32-bit there is an updated virus definition fix available. Please read topic for possible fixes you can try.

Thanks for your advice.
However, using F8 and SAFE mode still cannot let me go into WINDOW.
The computer still “reboot and reboot”.
Any other ways I can do?
