Cannot cancel autorenewal

I followed all the steps in the Disable Auto renewal and when I got to my order and clicked disable auto renewal, it asks me for login details which I entered. But here is the strange thing when I put in my details it is coming up with an error message saying not valid email address!! This is extremely strange as the email address I used are both the one that they emailed the order information to and the one that I am currently logged in here as which shows the licenses which I currently hold. Please help I don’t want it to renew!

My acct is set to auto renew on 2/15/2016 for 3 computers [or maybe 1 i don’t know] Only 2 licenses were used, although really only 1 since the laptop is rarely used & another one died after trying to put your antivirus program on it. Whether a coincidence i don’t know.] But i need stop auto renew completely as i’m setting up a new computer and it came with an antivirus program on it. And our internet provider provides FREE Antivirus and maintenance programs for us. To clarify I do NOT want to RENEW Automatically. Thank you.

I had auto renewal set to pay through PayPal previously and have been trying to remove it since Feb. 10th. The Invoice number listed on the email from PayPal about the billing from you was listed as Invoice ID: 16339778800. I did not get an email from DigitalRiver about the renewal.

I need a refund of the amount billed and the current subscription canceled or downgraded to a free one.

Previous ticket number is #184677
submitted through support.avast.com. It has been 28 days since that ticket was submitted and there has been no activity on it.

Better yet, where is there a phone number to call and actually talk to somebody?

The order 16339778800 was registered under a different email address than the one you were usually using, most probably a typo.
I just cancelled it and issued the refund.

I have spent well over 2 hours trying to cancel an automatic renewal from Digital River. I have gone to Avast.com/find-order a entered the order I.D and password, not once but several times. It takes me to the order but when I press the blue button to change the settings it goes into some kind of “lock out mode”. I’ve called the 1-866-951-7679 number and talked to the # 1 & # 2 customer service people and the first said to go to the second and the second told me to go to Avast.com/find-order and . . . . well here we go again. I can’t believe such a fine organization/product has such a sloppy system when it comes to customer service.
Can anyone offer a suggestion???
