They told me its already cancelled, give it some time it will show up as cancelled soon.
Its been more then 2 weeks now and both website and the APP still says autorenewal is on.
I never got any confirmation email on this order, so i do not have the ID and password to cancel it any other way.
When i use “lost my order ID feature” it lists all my previous orders except this one. Its as if it doesn’t exist.
And you keep telling me all my orders are cancelled. When clearly they are not.
And to be clear i’m not talking about order placed on 23.6.18
This order was placed 25.6 and it expires or renews 25.8.18
Tried to request that you would resend the confirmation email (which i never got) on order placed on 25.6.18
