Cannot cancel my subscription and support does nothing.

I Did not recieve confirmation Email, not in the junkmail

Tried to cancel through your website “sorry we are not able to cancel your auto renewal”

Asked billing support to resend me the order ID and password.

They send me 3x the same email telling me that it has already been cancelled

Avast app and website both says that the auto renewal is still on.

Asked for it again and said that maybe you have mistaken it for my previous Avast Cleanup cancellation?

and you just send the same response, the exact copy of the first response.

did nothing to address any of my requests or my point about you mistaking it for something else.

Got the same response now 3times, only difference that the last one said “vladimir” above the company name.

I´m in disbelieve that Avast would fucking try to angle people like this and oh boy m i disgusted about the times it has worked on someone.

Tried to search my orders using “forgot my order number” feature.

Using my email the system doesn’t even find my most recent (this order) at all.

App and website still says auto renewal is on. Unable to cancel.

Now i got 9 emails from avast “Rate our support” but always the same copypasted response

Cancel button does not work. it gives me “We’re sorry we couldn’t cancel your auto-renewal subscription.”

Anyone know if i delete my Avast account will it terminate all my subscriptions aswell?

I’ve reported this to Avast for you.

They told me its already cancelled, give it some time it will show up as cancelled soon.
Its been more then 2 weeks now and both website and the APP still says autorenewal is on.

I never got any confirmation email on this order, so i do not have the ID and password to cancel it any other way.
When i use “lost my order ID feature” it lists all my previous orders except this one. Its as if it doesn’t exist.
And you keep telling me all my orders are cancelled. When clearly they are not.

And to be clear i’m not talking about order placed on 23.6.18
This order was placed 25.6 and it expires or renews 25.8.18

Tried to request that you would resend the confirmation email (which i never got) on order placed on 25.6.18
