While clicking on the Connect icon on the HomeScreen of Avast 7 free it shows “Retrieving Information”, then it closes and nothing happens. So now how can I connect Avast 7 with Avast Account? I am connected to internet also. How can I fix this? Any help??

Avast are still tinkering (fixing) the backend servers so it should be fixed within a couple of days i would think, could be sooner or longer but there working on it.
Are you wanting to link other avast accounts - computers, mobile phones as that is what the service is for, for you to keep a eye on all your installs of avast.
Having the same problem here but as long as my system is secured I’m fine.
Yes, avast! account is not a security feature (for Windows).
OK… Well I just wanted to know whether it was a known problem or was it just occuring on my pc… Well I wanted to connect avast installed on my brothers android with it. Thank you for the reply 
Anyways Everything else is just too good… Avast 7 Nailed it this time 
So will we be notified when the servers are up and running?? I’ve got 3 devices that I have with Avast on & I recommend avast to every body that I know and ask me what AV I use…
