Cannot connect to internet

Hi All,

I have been having issues with my Avast Business Security for about the last six months - I believe it may have been since a recent program update. I have contacted support and never got a response.

I cannot connect to the internet unless I first disable all shields, connect to the network, and then enable all shields. I never used to have this issue and nothing has changed on my Surface Pro 4. When shields are enabled I can connect to a network but there will be no Internet.

Any help would be much appreciated.
