Cannot connect to the DB message [SOLVED]

If I try to go to -http://wepawet.iseclab.org/ I get “Cannot connect to the DB”, when I try to go to 128.111.48.95 or try to ping 128.111.48.95 I get a time-out and 100% loss of packets, with ID serve I get a normal response. What is happening here?

It is obviously down, I can connect to the parent domain, but trying to connect to the wepawet sub-domain gives the database error.

But this says the sub-domain isn’t down for all, http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/wepawet.iseclab.org, so it would appear to be an internal server issue.

Thanks DavidR, apparently on their site, and wait… back up again…

No problem, perhaps some maintenance or hiccup, but nothing on the home domain to say that.
