Avast keep telling me my renewal subscription is due. I agree. But they have not told me what it will cost. I will not renew until I know what the cost is.
I have not found a way to ask this question, there does not seem to be a way to contact Accounts.
Is there any way to do this?
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
I also use the Avast Antivirus Free product, so I don’t have any personal experience of that process.
The renewal would I can only assume (I know assumptions make an Ass out of You and Me) would be the current flat rate.
If you can you could cancel your automatic renewal of the subscription and se if you get an offer nearer to renewal to retain you as a paying customer.

Aren’t we all getting reliant on AI - however everyone is at it (Google and many of the search engines) and to a certain point they are reasonable.
AI is powerful but has to be tempered with a little caution. The problem for most things, you may not be aware AI is used.
