Cannot delete history or unistall programs

Hi peeps,

i wonder if anyone can help me i appear to have a virus bust avast is saying there is no problem

i cannot delete history or tempoary internet files and also cannot uninstall programs and my bluetooth

has stopped working as well

Any help would be most welcome

Have you tried a boot-time scan with Avast!?

What happens when you try? (Error message, system hangs, BSOD) . If it is an error message please tell us the whole message.

To do so: Right click the avast! icon, select start avast! Antivirus, open Menu, and choose ‘Schedule boot-time scan…’

That’s how. Make sure to turn on scan archive files.
