cannot delete nor change shortcuts on secure browser start page

I have tried several times to change and delete a shortcut that was automatically added to my start page without success. No matter what I do it will not change. It will say it has been deleted or changed and offers undo but it is still there. I cannot add my own shortcuts, either. It will only show the shortcuts that automatically show up.

It’s a known problem that’s being worked on.
