cannot deploy on xp machines

hello,

i have two xp-machines in my network with a workgroup-authentification (no domain) i cannot deploy avast! on.

at first i got the administrator-error 5 and after i tried the following from this thread: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=19239.0 i get the following error:

is there any idea for me ? the are a few win2k machines in the net and there it worked without any problem.

  1. isn’t this XP Home Edition? Unfortunately, we haven’t found a way to remote install on XP Home machines (it just doesn’t work)

  2. if it’s XP Pro, did you restart the machine after turning off Simple File Sharing enabled?

to 1. => it is xp pro.

to 2. => of course i restarted the machines.
