Cannot download avast license

Hi, i just bought na Avast internet security license via paypal, but when i go to my license page in Avast account, it simply dont start to download…
when i click on download license it does nothing.

anyone got the same probem before?

I know from my own experience in a specific situation that this can be a problem, but I don’t know in general.

But you should also have received an email with a licence file ( maybe in the spambox ? ). You can also download your licence file ( again ) from https://www.avast.com/en-us/resend-license-paid.php and insert it in Avast! : Settings - Subscription - Insert licence file.

i used the link you gave to resend license and it worked.

i was trying to download the license file from “my license” page in “my account” avast page and it wasnt working.

Once you click on the license you want to download, it will show “download” not before.
