Cannot download files

Cannot dowload files unless I turn my Windows Firewall off .Has been suggested it is because my Avast security maybe too high.How can I solve this please?

I also have Rapport and Super AntiSpyware an Malwarebytes Anti Malware on my computer can I get rid of any of these now I have Avast?

Sounds more like a firewall problem !

You say you have rapport… What do you mean?

I would keep malwarebytes

I had this problem and some other ones( i cannot copy and paste into different programs)
But i installed windows 8 and it was all fixed.
