Cannot execute file Avast 4\aswRunDll.exe

Recently, I updated the free version of Avast 4 to the free of Avast 5 (version 5.0.594). And sometimes, after I downloaded any file a message appears: Cannot execute file C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast 4\aswRunDll.exe
Cause: The system cannot find the path specified.

I am using Firefox 3.6.6 and I will appreciate any help to fix this problem.

I don’t know what is calling that file, but it won’t be there as it is an avast4 file.

So the hard bit is finding out what is calling that file.

I searched my Program Files folder looking for that file in particular but I didn’t find anything. ???

Uninstall & use a clean-up tool
There must be some old V4 stuff around 'cos that file is a V4 & V5 will not call it (not in location)

You want me to uninstall the version 5, right? Then, use a clean-up tool, how can I do that? I mean the clean-up tool… and after running this tool, can I reinstall the version 5 again?

If you start regedit.exe and search for the last part of the path (avast4\aswRunDll.exe) - do you find any occurrences?

I made a search of the registry and didn’t find anything with Avast4\aswRunDll.exe
Also, I forgot to mention that I am using Comodo Firewall just in case this have something to do with the problem.
