Cannot finish running Avast CleanUp

Hi guys,

I have a problem when trying to run my Avast Cleanup.
When I run it (Scan - Scan for performance issues) it shows that my computer has 34 issues. Here I cannot do anything else. If I want to show details option, it disappears very fast, so I cannot see anything. The 34 issues CleanUp screen appears again. If I try Optimize my PC option it appears, very fast too, another time the 34 issues CleanUp screen. I cannot go ahead.

I checked if I have a license and I saw that a Subscription Status for Avast Cleanup is Valid until September 2016.
My Avast version is Avast Premier (also with license) 11.1.2245. I run it on Windows 7 32 bits.

If that does not resolve your issue and no other suggestion/info is offered I suggest contacting Avast Support and submit a ‘support ticket’ explaining your issue in detail
