Please Help! I purchased and installed V5 three days ago and cannot download the license key. I have sent four emails to Tech Support and cannot get a response! Who can help???
Try contacting sales (at) avast (dot) com as they should be able to recover the license details.
Check your ISP isn’t using an anti-spam filter as this is by far the most common reason for non-receipt of the email (including your support emails). You could try a different email address when contacting sales, but you would need to let them know the email address you used to purchase, etc. If you are using a spam filter ensure that you have avast.com whitelisted.
I looked on the avast.com website an cannot find a sales link.

I gave you an obscured email address above sales (at) avast (dot) com just remove the spaces and convert the bracketed info to characters and you have the email address.
