Have had Avast on laptop for some time now, firstly, Avast automatically deducted a payment which had slipped by me. I decided that I would upgrade for a six month Gold PAID trial, already deducted from my account, but doesn’t show up anywhere on my Avast account.
Tried many times to contact support only to be run around in circles with some virtual reality garbage. I asked for a return of funds and cancellation of account but cannot even chat to an agent!
I have Avast protection and my computer crashed. What is the best way to contact them?
