Cannot hibernate

Since last update of avast free I cannot hibernate the computer.
If shutdown avAst shields then i can hibernate. Is there a bug?

Or you can not put your computer to sleep at all ?

Is not the same. I click in “hibernate” in my Desktop PC and then the screen turns off for a few seconds and then the screen turns on again in then login screen. All the time the led of power of the PC is on.

Is this a new computer?

Did you completely uninstall all old antivirus programs if it is not new?

I have uninstalled Avast Free and after I reinstalled it AND NOW WORKS FINE!

Have you ever had another antivirus program installed other than Avast?
