Cannot insert my license

  1. It says “I have no internet connection” which I do
  2. When I log into my Avast account it shows I have the subscription
    on auto-renew valid until 31st March 2017.
  3. I’ve tried resending… haven’t got it yet. I’ve also tried downloading and
    re-inserting.
  4. Gives me an “unable to insert license file” error.

If this keeps up I will just cancel everything and switch to Kasperski - I never had any issues with them

Over 30 views and not one reply. This is awesome. This is so helpful. My favorite is paying for products that don’t work. Oh and did I mention sending off a support ticket like sending a note in a bottle and hoping someone will get it :slight_smile:

30 views doesn’t mean anything as there are over 1 million users registered and compared to that there is not even a handful of helpers.
Just have some patience and wait for avast to handle your ticket.
