Cannot install avast! Free on win XP

I have downloaded setup_av_free_jpn_0915.exe on Windows XP(japanese version).
When I doulbe clicked that file to install, but I have an error message “An error 0 (00…0)
has occured. Last performance operation was spawning.”

I have downloaded twice and tried again, but the result is no change.
How can I solve this problem?

You might want to hide your e-mail. If you don’t you could get a boat load of spam. This can be done from your “profile” page.
