Anway, I cannot download Avast.
I downloaded the free verision on the offical site, but once i started the program and the download begins, it takes forever. When I reach 25-35%, I get the message, “The download has failed. Do you want to try again?”

did Your computer come With a factory installed trail Version antivirus...like Norton / McAfee / TrendMicro ? ....has this now been restored also?
if so, this must be uninstalled first…then run the vendors removal tool to Clear any leftover files that may conflict
