Cannot migrate to new software: I get an error when sending Json file

Hey Avast Official Team and forum users,

I am unable to migrate to the new Avast Passwords software. After sending my Json file, I always get an error message. I try to move my old passwords to the new software client but this seems to be impossible. Are you going to patch this or is there a workaround for my problem? Please help.

I can describe my issue in more detail later on, right now I need to make sure this topic is on this forum on time so you know this issue exists before I lose all my passwords that are on the old software. I should have posted this 1 or 2 months earlier but I did not do so earlier.

Hope you can fix this software issue or guide me to a workaround.

Have a look through this post as i dont think you have to copy/paste json as it does it for you. Ive added quite a few pictures on January 31st.
What operating system are you using and which browser are you using.
you will also need to add the add on password manager extension.
