Cannot move files to chest

Viruses and worms

  • BSOD
  • ran a boot-time scan
  • 5 threats identified
  • within Scan Results, I mistakenly deleted one file, but then selected ‘Move to Chest’ and clicked ‘Apply’ for the other 4 files
  • but Avast apparently cannot perform that action for the reasons specified (see screenshot)

What should I do at this point?

Other data:
Avast version 2014.9.0.2008
I did not download or install anything before the BSOD
Win 7, 64 bit
VirusTotal scan for VAFPlayerSetup.exe (the suspicious file) showed a Detection Ratio of 9/47

Please let me know if any other information would be helpful.

The system can not find the files specified errors are usually gone if you reboot and scan again…
