I have Avast Internet Security running on Win7, and cannot print direct from it; I get an error message to the effect that I need to install my printer, despite the fact that I have two printers installed and working well in other programs. A search of the forums shows that other people have had similar problems, but there are no solutions evident.
I’ve asked for the developers help.
