Often when i try to delete a worm found in e.mail i receive this message:
Cannot process e-Mail…
Do you know why?

Probably because it’s been deleted or sanitized or something like that.
This is all? No other messages from avast?
Could you post what emails (and its virus) were found?
What about your system informations (OS, firewall, etc.) 8)
