I just managed to get into chat support. Reached a person and just before the end of the chat and before my issue was resolved I clicked something link which I should not have clicked and the chat was gone.
Now I have been trying to get back to the support page and / or chat page but it just won’t work.

This link gets mit not where it is supposed to.
The page there is empty with the exception of a search field which seems to do nothing.
has the same issue
Basically my paths to reach support seem to be broken.
Any ideas what I could do?
(Already tried restarting browser, restarting pc)
Edit: The working way to get into the chat support is through the unsubscribe link in a subscription. This was the inital way I got into the chat and this way still seems to work. But other ways seem to be blocked for some reason. Using PC, firefox and Avast premium and vpn
