I no longer have my previous email address and have had to change it, could this be the reason That I am unable to register? Will I have to remove the program and download it again. I have the 2015 free version of Avast.

I don’t believe that would be the issue as you should be able to register with a valid email address even if a different one.

How are you trying to register, from the avastUI > Settings > Registration or from the of-line registration web page ?

Are you getting any error displayed, if so what is it ?

I click on the avast icon on my desktop and it comes up overview page and registration is on that page with 15 days left.

I just went to the site you provided and did everything but nothing happened, did not register yet
