Download and install seem to work fine. Program opens, but the status is “not yet registered”. When I try to register, the only option that I can click on is the upgrade option. The option to register the free version is grayed out. I tried the offline registration, but the program keeps saying that the key I was sent is invalid. Any suggestions? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
