Cannot renew my licence

Hi,

I’m not sure exactly where I should post this, I apologize in advance if this is not the correct section.

My Avast Premier Licence is expiring, and I’ve been trying to renew it without success: whenever I place my credit card information and click on “next”, I’m taken back to the first screen (where I can select the products and years of the renewal). I saw I could renew my licence through the website here, but the price offered is waay higher here than from the application (USD 60-70 vs ARS 329, which is USD 20-22).

Is there some kind of bug, issue or problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Submit a ticket and ask avast about it > https://support.avast.com

I just checked and can (if I would wanted to do so) purchase a license through the website without any problem.
