Cannot request refund, chat broken

I’m trying to get a refund for a service that I forgot to remove auto-renew for. I’m still within my 30 day refund period, but the website keeps redirecting me to a chat support that does not work.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Not sure where you visited, but I don’t think it should redirect you to Chat.

Check out these options:

  • NOTE you should first cancel any payment mandate (see below) that you may have set up, or this could be actioned, requiring another refund request.
