Cannot resolve DNS with WebShield enabled.

Having an issue with three different clients now where they cannot resolve DNS. The computers will randomly go up/offline because of the DNS issue. Disabling or installing Avast without the webshield seems to be the only solution i have found.

Should also mention this is for Avast CloudCare version 4.4.0.

We are seeing the same issue. Can someone from AVAST please chime in?

Having the same issue with users unable to access the internet, why is there no one getting back to us? I have also submitted official support ticket, its been almost 24hrs with out a response?!

Avast, Please advise your customers?

Try a manual VPS update, I have just done that and it brought in VPS version 181113-13.
