Cannot Resolve Issues after a scan

Hi, I’ve got Avast 17.4.2294 running on Windows 7. After doing a scan it showed thst 3 issues were found. Then I clicked “Resolve All”. It listed 4 performance issues. I clicked on each of the issues, it showed details. All great so far
Where’s the button to click to get it to resolve these issues listed ??? What is up with this ??? Thanx.

That’s Avast Cleanup, you need a license to use it.
