Cannot restart computer

I run a work from home business so my computer is very important for that. I installed the free avast anti virus and now my computer will not boot. I cant get it to do Anything!! It was working fine before now it is saying something about memory corruption and won’t boot.

Did you remove your previous used AV before installing avast?

Yes I did but I cannot install or uninstall anything right now as it won’t boot up. I can’t do anything in the computer at all

What is giving the error message ? (bios/uefi or Windows)
What is the exact message ?
