Cannot Run Tasks / Viual c++ runtime library error

Well… 4.5.199… i cannot launch any updating task, error returned is “cannot start xyz task”… immediatly aftwrwards a visual c++ runtime error appears telling me that avengine.exe terminated in an unusual way… and the management server stops…

Is this reproducible?
I mean, if you then restart the Management Server service, and retry it, does it happen again?

BTW what about giving me remote desktop access to the machine – would that be possible?
