Cannot send to SSL accounts *(RESOLVED)*

I have been using outlook 2010 successfully for more than a month and all of a sudden I can no longer send to any of my 2 ssl account e-mails. I have made no changes here. Standard accounts OK.
Please advise. ???

Somehow under advanced settings the Incription was set for TLS and I changed to None whiched seemed to fix account. I don’t know how it got changed!!!
