Cannot Set preferences in User Login (without Admin rights)

Hi all

I am Siva, I am using avast free Antivirus for a while. Yesterday I created a profile with user rights(without Admin rights). In user login i cannot set the preferences. After restart there are rolling back to the default settings.

any ideas would be appreciable and thanks in advance

See pic, untick the highlighted-if thats not what you want you can try disabling the self defence module to make your changes then re-enable when completed.
