I have contracted a Cleanup Premium subscription, but at startup I have this error message that appears (see below).
And I followed the procedure indicated on the Avast site (in the settings of Windows 10), I restarted the pc, it doesn’t work and I don’t know what else to do.
Could you please check if Cleanup Premium service is running:
Click the Start button (Windows)/ “search icon” and type “services”
Search for the service “Avast Cleanup Premium”
If it is there, check if it has status “Running”
Hi! I have the same problem. I’ve paid for an Avast Premium Security (Multi-Device) subscription and got an access.
But when trying to run Cleanup Premium the application proposes me to subcribe one more time. Is it okay if I’ve bought full premium package? At least I thout so…
