Cannot trasfer premium license to new phone

Hello,
I have deleted the single device that was attached with my account from the customer porta, however while trying to use the license with a new device, I am getting “The voucher code you entered has already been used”. Please suggest, how I can discard the previous registered device information to retain the license.
